Kindred
About us

We handle hard things, so families don't have to do it alone.

When someone dies, an enormous, unfamiliar job lands on the person left in charge — usually while they're grieving. Kindred exists to lift that weight: a competent, caring specialist who does the administration for you, for one flat fee, in all 50 states.

David Greenbaum, Founder of Kindred Estate
Why I started Kindred

I built this while settling my own mother's estate

When my mom passed, I became the person in charge — and even though I work in real estate and live in paperwork, closings, and deadlines for a living, settling her estate still buried me. Hundreds of little tasks, institutions that don't make anything easy, deadlines no one warns you about — all while trying to grieve. I started Kindred to be the help I wish I'd had: someone to carry the months of administration so the next family can grieve instead of drowning in it.

That's the whole reason this exists.

Grief and a 500-hour to-do list should never land on the same person at the same time.
A real human — not a portal — should carry the hard parts and keep you informed.
Pricing should be one flat number, known up front, and paid from the estate.
The executor stays in control. We do the work; the decisions remain yours.
We coordinate the attorney and CPA you trust — we never pretend to replace them.
What we stand for

Done for you. One flat fee. You're not alone.

Done for you

We don't hand you a checklist and wish you luck. A specialist does the actual work — the calls, the forms, the tracking — start to finish.

One flat fee

No hourly billing, no surprises. You know the full price before we begin, and it's paid from the estate — not your own pocket.

You're not alone

A real person guides you through every step and carries the hard parts — while you stay the executor, fully in control.

You don't have to carry this alone.

Tell us about the estate on a free, no-obligation call. We'll map out exactly what needs to happen — and how we'd take it off your plate.

The estate pays our fee — not you out of pocket.
